Paul is an unabashed gourmand and wine aficionado. When he is not busy spending what is the majority of his time serving the food service industry as principal of The Hysen Group, he actively educates The Hysen Group staff on the gastronomic subtleness of aroma, taste and essence.

Paul has committed the past 30 years of his professional life to providing architectural, engineering, planning and management solutions that are qualitatively effective in meeting their program goals and objectives and economically efficient in their utilization of human and capital resources.
