Matt is a Project Manager and has designed and engineered a multitude of food service production, serving and dining areas for heathcare, corporate and university settings. Matt's designs excel in both functional planning and aesthetic appeal, while ever conscious of project budget parameters.
Matt has been with the Hysen Group since 1993. He graduated from the College of Architecture and Design at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan and is a LEED Accredited Professional.


Jeanne serves The Hysen Group in a policy making, marketing, quality assurance and management role. Her unique experience brings a perspective that is sensitive to the contemporary problems facing food service professionals. This experience includes food safety, personnel management, training, food service system administration, clinical dietetics, public health nutrition and university-level teaching. Jeanne is a Registered Dietitian (RD) who earned a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Community Nutrition at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Medical Center.


Paul is an unabashed gourmand and wine aficionado. When he is not busy spending what is the majority of his time serving the food service industry as principal of The Hysen Group, he actively educates The Hysen Group staff on the gastronomic subtleness of aroma, taste and essence. Paul has committed the past 40 years of his professional life to providing architectural, engineering, planning and management solutions that are qualitatively effective in meeting their program goals and objectives and economically efficient in their utilization of human and capital resources.



Jennifer's education and computer skills allow her to participate in client assignments by performing data collection, array and analytical activities as well as comparing economic and qualitative performance indicators of our clients against industry norms. Jennifer is a two time graduate of Eastern Michigan University, earning her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1995 and her MBA in 1997. She has been with The Hysen Group since 1997.



Debbie manages the internal finances of The Hysen Group, in addition to assisting in the management of day to day activities. Debbie received a BBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and brings us more than ten years of professional business experience. She manages the firm's corporate accounting system - a computer based, real-time database - with which she assisted in the design and development.
